Rebl Eats teamed up with Gold&Green – known for their ready-to-use plant-based protein strips – for a brand partnership during the summer festival season.
The result? The Gold&Green Spydäri – a plant-based take on a Finnish comfort food classic, pyttipannu. The dish combined Gold&Green’s® tender and juicy Original strips with roasted potatoes, meat-free nduja spread, nachos, and garlic sauce.
This exclusive Gold&Green dish was served at Rebl Eats’ food truck during Pori Jazz – and it wasn’t just on the menu. Collab content was rolled out on social media before the event, with the launch video racking up 450,000 views on TikTok.
The spydäri became the undisputed crowd favourite that weekend, making up nearly 30% of all sales – beating out the food truck tour’s reigning bestseller sandwich. The Rebl Eats truck was located in the concert park area, which saw 50,000 festivalgoers over the weekend.
To get the crowd buzzing, mini Spydäri samples were handed out along with campaign-branded caps – which turned out to be a hit in the summer heat, popping up all across the audience during the festival weekend.
Visitors could also snap polaroid pics with their festival buddies at the truck – the perfect match for the good vibes all around.
Since both Rebl Eats and Gold&Green make shortcut-friendly foods sold in grocery stores, the festival was also a great opportunity to remind people that what they tasted on-site is also available for easy everyday cooking. Both brands made a lasting impression – not just as a top-tier festival meal, but as go-to options at home too.
“"This is really good… not too spicy. Tastes like quality meat. Wait – is it meat or..?"”
