Operations Coordinator

We are building the leading next generation food company. No meat, no effort, no big deal. Founded two and a half years ago, Rebl Eats has developed more than 20 products and already sold 1 million products across Finland. Today we create ready-to-eat meals and snacks, sold in supermarkets and food delivery, packed in sustainable cardboard. But this is only the beginning as we plan to grow our product portfolio further and expand internationally. The company is backed by Wolt founder Elias Aalto, among other prominent investors. You might also have seen our successful appearance in the investment TV-show “Leijonan Luola”.

Join us, and make an impact as an Operations Coordinator. 

“Operations” in this role means all aspects connected to our food production facility in Herttoniemi. In a nutshell, you’ll ensure we produce the right quantities of products, at the right time and level of quality, and make sure they are delivered on time to the right customers. This role is a true startup growth accelerator role, combining both hands-on hustling tasks, running existing processes but also developing them further. 

The responsibilities include:

  • Planning production cycles and work lists
  • Optimizing ingredient and packaging purchases
  • Coordinating production staff 
  • Coordinating orders and needs with our production and logistics partners.
  • Be the bridge between our office team and production team.
  • Supporting customer service.

To say it short, you help us lead our daily operations and bring our production processes to the next level to support our growth and profitability.

What we are after:

  • You enjoy working with Excel and data. 
  • You are structured, detail oriented and precise, which helps you juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure without ending up in a panic mode.
  • We appreciate a proactive problem solver, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty when needed. 
  • Good communication skills, energy and positive can-do personality
  • You are fully proficient in Finnish and in English

We prioritize motivation, skills, and attitude over experience. You start as a coordinator and we hope to see you taking on more responsibility and significant roles as we grow together.

Relevant work experience (e.g. from operations, logistics, supply chain or food industry) is a plus. And relevant academic studies (e.g. from business, engineering or food science) as even a bigger plus. Some first professional work experience through internships or traineeships is a must.

Location: This role is located in our HQ in Herttoniemi, Sorvaajankatu 15, Helsinki.
